Fabio: what the longest LSDu will do in training for ur marathon? Or just count on weekly mileage? I do 60 to 70K per week & i just plan to run a 30K ONCE only for preparing my marathon. is it OK?
I feel ok with only one 30km LSD. But if u want secure, maybe u can try to complete three 30km LSD.I'm counting on weekly mileages on my recent training. My last training for SCKLM 2010 longest LSD is only 25km. But my peak week will go up to 100km la. I hope it works for u too. :)
i cant do 3 times 30K LSD. running out of time liao.... 5 weeks to PBIM.
